Dane w grze
Wszystko, co gra przechowuje, zostaje na Twoim urządzeniu i nie jest nigdzie wysyłane. Usunięcie gry usuwa te dane.
Informacje diagnostyczne
Ekran „O aplikacji” pokazuje wersję gry, model urządzenia i wersję systemu. Możesz je skopiować do schowka, na przykład do zgłoszenia błędu. Gra ich nie wysyła, więc dostajemy je tylko wtedy, gdy nam je przekażesz.
Kontakt e-mail
Gdy do nas napiszesz, użyjemy Twojego adresu e-mail i treści wiadomości, żeby odpowiedzieć. Podstawą jest nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes, czyli obsługa zgłoszenia (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). Wiadomości przechowujemy tak długo, jak potrzeba do załatwienia sprawy.
Pocztę obsługują Cloudflare (przekierowanie) i Google (skrzynka). Te firmy mogą przetwarzać dane także poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym, na podstawie mechanizmów przewidzianych w RODO.

Grę pobierasz przez Google Play. Google przetwarza dane związane z Twoim kontem i pobraniem na własnych zasadach: Polityka prywatności Google.
Twoje prawa
Masz prawo do dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia i ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz do sprzeciwu. Wystarczy napisać na adres podany wyżej. Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
Zmiany
Jeśli gra zacznie zbierać dane, na przykład przez reklamy lub analitykę, zmienimy tę politykę przed wydaniem takiej wersji i zaktualizujemy datę na górze strony.

The game does not collect your data. It has no accounts, ads or analytics, and it does not connect to the internet.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Szymon Świder, Poland (Puzwell brand). Contact: support@puzwell.com.
Data in the game
Everything the game stores stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. Uninstalling the game deletes this data.
Diagnostic information
The About screen shows the game version, your device model and your system version. You can copy them to the clipboard, for example for a bug report. The game does not send them, so we only receive them if you give them to us yourself.
Email contact
If you write to us, we use your email address and message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling your request (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request.
Email is handled by Cloudflare (forwarding) and Google (mailbox). These companies may also process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
Google Play
You download the game through Google Play. Google processes data related to your account and the download under its own terms: Google Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing and to object. Just write to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Changes
If the game starts collecting data, for example through ads or analytics, we will update this policy before releasing that version and change the date at the top of this page.
